Watch Arts Insight on Houston Public Media’s Channel 8 for a feature on Menil’s sand mandala program. Tibetan monks transformed the Menil foyer for six days in December to create a sand mandala of the Bodhisattva of Compassion (Chenrezig in the form of Shadakshari Lokesvara). Over 1,000 people witnessed the closing ceremonies on December 13.
